Pricing and Program Effective Immediately
EB Terms & Conditions o 5% Discount for orders greater than $20k and shipped by Feb 1 st o Additional 2.5% discount for EB orders greater than $40k and shipped by Feb 1 st o Net 30 Payment Terms o Orders must be placed by November 15, 2024 o If prompt pay/net 30 terms are not utilized discounts will be forfeited and payment terms with revert to: Net 1/3 April, 1/3 May, 1/3 June
In-Season Terms & Conditions: o 2.5% discount for any orders greater than $12k o Payment terms: 2% 15, Net 30
Freight: o
Freight Prepaid on orders of $20,000 or more o Half-prepaid freight on orders of $12,000 - $19,999 o Order must ship to one location complete.
o For orders shipping incomplete and below freight minimums at customer ’ s request, half freight paid on all releases. o Extra Services like Lift Gate, Inside Delivery, Delivery Appt., etc. are elective, extra services & may not covered by Freight Program.

2025 Early Buy Program Highlights
❏ 5% discount on Rails, Ladders, Games at a $5k minimum (final invoice) ❏ 5% discount on Rails, Ladders, Games, +10% discount on loungers, $7.5k minimum (final invoice). ❏ 6% discount on Pool Access, Tables & Seating, Pool Slides, Pool Games, Rails & Ladders, Diving Boards, $15K minimum (final invoice). ❏ 10% discount on loungers with any combination order totaling $7500+ ❏ See Addendum A for all part numbers qualifying for the 10% discount associated with Loungers. ❏ Freight terms- prepaid, FOB shipping point on qualified Early Buy orders delivered to one location in the Continental U.S. ❏ Payment terms: 2% Net 15 or 1/2 due May 1, 2025, balance due June 1, 2025.
● No modifications to an existing early buy order will be accepted once the order has been sent to the distribution center. A new PO is required for revision.
● Any freight or storage costs incurred due to refusal of shipment will be charged back to the customer.
