The sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Burnaby North increased to 30%, remaining a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in September was $591,400, 1.7% below August and 8% lower than in September 2018. The average sold price was $605,677, up 0.9% from last month; the average PSF sales price was $704, down 1.5% from last month.
