Detached sales rose by 4, to 23, between August and September, and were 8 higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 11%, as Burnaby South’s detached market remained in buy- er’s market territory. The benchmark price in September was $1.46M, 0.6% below the previous month and an 8% decline vs last year. The average sold price for detached homes was $1.61M, 15% lower month-over-month and 8% below September of last year.
