There were 129 townhome listings in Coquitlam in September 2019, 8% below August but 9% above September 2018. The 40 townhome sales in September were up by 6 vs August 2019 and 16 above September 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 31% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in September was $651,300, virtually unchanged from August and 5% lower vs September 2018. The average sold price was $759,343, with an average PSF sales price of $464 (both virtually unchanged vs August).
