The 333 condo listings in Coquitlam in September were down 11% from August and 12% lower vs September 2018. Year-over-year condo sales increased by 55% in September (to 87) and were 6% higher vs August. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 26%, as Coquitlam’s condo market remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in September was $518,200, 1.2% below August and a 4% decrease vs September 2018. The average sold price was $537,872 in September (down 1.3% vs August) while the average PSF sales price was $621 (a 1.6% decrease vs August).
