The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area decreased to 1,366 in September, 7% below last month and 1.9% lower than last year. At 318, townhome sales were down 0.9% vs August but 28% above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 23%, remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in September was $520,000, virtually unchanged from last month and 5% lower vs last year. The average sold price was 0.8% higher between August and September, at $563,462, while the aver- age PSF sales price was 1.4% lower (at $364).
