The number of condo listings in North Vancouver dipped to 344 in September, 7% lower month-over- month but 1.5% above September 2018. Condo sales decreased to 83, 5 lower month-over- month but up 26 year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio was unchanged at 24%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $546,500, was 1.7% below last month and 8% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $673,458 was up 2% vs August, while at $801 the average PSF sales price decreased by 8% month-over-month.
