At 849, the number of townhome listings in Surrey was 4% below August and 3% lower than in September 2018. Townhome sales, at 174, were down 5% vs August but 4% above last September. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey decreased to 20% in September, reflecting balanced market conditions. The benchmark price in September was $568,300, virtually unchanged from last month and 5% lower than in September 2018. The average sold price was $586,365 (virtually unchanged from August), while the average PSF sales price was $382 (down 1.0% from August).
