The 109 detached sales were 49% above both August 2019 and September 2018. The sales-to-listin gs ratioincreased to 17% in September, reflecting balanced market conditions for Vancouver East’s detached segmen t. September’s benchmark price was $1.36M, up 0.9% from August 2019 but 9% lower than in September 2018. The average sold price of $1.52M was 4% above August but 7% lower vs September 2018.
