At 242, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West was 2% lower in September than in August and 1.6% below September 2018. Townhome sales, at 27, were down by 9 vs August and 1 below last September. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 11% in September as Vancouver West’s townhome market transitioned to buyer’s market territory. The benchmark price in September was $1.10M, 1.5% below last month but 6% lower than last year. The average sold price was $1.29M, while the average PSF sales price was $897 (both virtually unchanged from last month).
