The number of condo listings in West Vancouver decreased 4% between August and September, to 117, and was 3% lower vs September 2018. The 12 condo sales in September were 4 higher than last month and 5 above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 10% in September, as condos in West Vancouver were favourable to buyers. The condo benchmark price was $1.02M in September, 4% below August and 11% below last September. The average sold price was $1.53M and the average PSF sales price was $983 (up 57% and 6%, respec- tively, vs August).
