Townhome sales, at 4, were 2 below last month and unchanged vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 11%, as Burnaby East’s townhome market transitioned to buyer’s market territory. The benchmark price in September was $645,900, virtually unchanged from the previous month and 10% lower vs September 2018. The average sold price was $703,750 (2% higher than last month) with an average PSF sales price of $518 (5% below last month).
