IN2 Engineering was appointed in 2021 as part of a design team to provide comprehensive mechanical and electrical design services for the BREEAM-certified, nearly-zero energy building (NZEB). Early challenges associated with the project included a prolonged planning process, placing pressure on timings to ensure the project broke ground within a specified five-year timeframe once
