We Mentored the Next Generation of PTs and CPOs This year, we offered shadowing opportunities for both local high school students and physical therapy students, giving them the chance to learn the ins and outs of crafting customized orthoses and prostheses in a real-world setting. In May, our CPO Sara Remley attended the New York AAOP Conference, an annual gathering of certified prosthetists and orthotists from all over the state. There, she learned more about what’s happening in our field so she could bring that expertise back to Canton. And did we mention that Sara will continue to serve on AAOP’s board of directors in 2025?
