Nonemergency Transportation Services (NEMT) Provide transportation to the doctor, dentist, hospital, pharmacy, and other places that provide covered health care services for clients who have no other transportation options. Driscoll Health Plan: SafeRide Health- 855-932-5421/833-694-5881 • requested 48 hours in advance & long distance trips should be requested 5 days in advance. AT call must provide: • Member’s ID number • Pick-up Address and Drop-off Address • Appointment Time Superior Health Plan: Safe Ride – 855-932-2318 • Call 2-3 days in advance; long distance trips should be requested 5 days in advance. AT call must provide: • Member’s ID number & date of Birth • Doctor’s name • date and time of appointment • Pick-up Address and Drop-off Address • Appointment Time Safe Ride Health Create a log in & password
