Lead a global business in the digital society DXP Digital Transformation Program 1-year Track
GSIM
Advances in digital technologies have drastically changed almost every aspect of our society, including industrial structure, business strategies, jobs, and work styles. Organizations can no longer delay their digital transformations. The digital future is here right now. It is estimated that nearly 40% of all businesses may disappear in the next ten years if they do not accommodate new digital technologies. At the same time, this period provides a rare opportunity for small-to medium-sized companies to narrow the gap with larger competitors. After nearly 20 years of offering its globally top-ranked e-Business Management Program, GSIM launched a new Digital Transformation Program (DXP) in 2021. It nurtures future leaders who can lead a global business in a digital society by integrating digital technologies and management skills. Instructors in the DXP are faculties familiar with cutting-edge digital technologies, invited industrial practitioners, and guest speakers from across the world. The pedagogy includes case methods, simulations, and team projects. Our graduates gain hands-on experience with new digital technologies (e.g., data science, Big Data, AI, blockchain, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.). They also learn digital business models, entrepreneurship, digital strategies, organizational design for digital transformation, FinTech, digital marketing, and more. There is high demand for new hires with knowledge of digital transformation. Career paths for graduates include managers in IT departments, managers in charge of implementing digital transformations, IT specialists who consult about technology projects, and entrepreneurs who start tech businesses.
