THE ROLE

Key Accountabilities

• Working alongside senior colleagues, provide leadership and direction to the commercial agency team in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with a wide range of clients. • Autonomously manage fast paced commercial agency deals from inception to completion. • Identify agency opportunities both individually and as part of a wider team. Manage initial discussions, supporting with tenders, reporting documents, delivering client pitches / presentations. • Undertake inspections of all commercial properties with preparation of marketing reports to provide comprehensive ongoing advice directly to clients. • Willingness to develop new property sectors, building expertise and developing a reputation both within and outside the organisation. • Create and develop long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships to ensure client satisfaction. • Build strong relationships with internal teams and be able to cross-sell / develop relationships with clients and other property professionals and identify possible additional instructions/fee earning opportunities for the wider business. • Provide leadership to junior team members as and when required.

To be considered:

• A proven track record in Commercial Agency – all sectors considered • Strong people management experience and leadership skills • Strong negotiation and deal making skills • Ability, experience and confidence to offer high level client advice • Positive and proactive team player • Full and valid driving license
