February condo sales increased by 15% month-over-month, to 978, and were 11% below February 2024. The sales-to-listing ratio for condos in the Greater Vancouver board area, at 17%, re(ected a balanced market. The condo median price in February was $705,000, a 2% decrease from January and 2% below February 2024. The average sold price was $783,808, 3% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $919, up 0.7% to last month.
