February townhome sales increased by 7% month-over-month, to 146, and were 13% below February 2024. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in Surrey, at 17%, re(ected a balanced market. The townhome median price in February was $843,500, a 1.1% decrease from January and 6% below February 2024. The average sold price was $890,674, 0.3% above last month; the average PSF sale price was $548, down 0.9% to last month.
