February condo sales increased by 17% month-over-month, to 118, and were 10% below February 2024. The sales-to-listing ratio for condos in Vancouver Downtown, at 11%, re'ected a buyers' market. The condo median price in February was $736,500, a 5% decrease from January and 8% below February 2024. The average sold price was $897,971, 8% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $1,107, up 2% to last month.
