FBA Seeks Quorum To Elect New Board Members In Person, By Proxy The Fibre Box Association (FBA) announced that it will be electing board members for the coming years during the 2024 Annual Meeting on May 6-8 at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida. The election is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7. “While we appreciate the attendance of all members who participate in the meeting, we understand there are reasons that might keep you from being there in person,” the FBA said. “To better ensure we have a quorum to elect new board members per the FBA Bylaws, the FBA Executive Commit- tee has provided a written proxy. A Proxy email was sent to the official representative at all member companies on Wednesday, April 3 for completion prior to the meeting.” Even those who plan to attend the Annual Meeting in person, are asked to vote at this time. The Annual Meeting offers three days of meetings, in- formational speakers, recreation, and plenty of networking time. Dress attire for the general sessions is business ca- sual.
