The Commercial-Industrial Realty Council (CIRC) is a non-profit organization which brings together members of the Delaware Valley community who are in a variety of fields relating to commercial and industrial real estate. Our meetings allow a forum for members and their guests to network and keep abreast of the latest real estate and business transactions in the community. Our membership includes commercial and industrial brokers, property man- agers, appraisers, architects, engineers, attorneys, construction managers, real estate consultants, corporate real estate managers, developers, eco- nomic development specialists, leasing agents, lenders, space planners and designers, utility/energy service specialists, and others. ORGANIZATION: CIRC is organized by a board of directors composed of volunteers from its membership. This board arranges for speakers, contacts members of the state legislature on issues of concern to the membership, arranges courses for credit toward continuing education, and coordinates with similar organizations for joint meetings. MEETINGS: We normally meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month from January to June and September to December for a lunch meeting (11:30- 1:30) that includes networking, lunch and a speaker. Two exceptions are the annual November Joint TriState Dinner and June Golf Outing.
