(WIP) announced the acqui- sition of 77 Moonachie Ave., a 104,000 s/f industrial build- ing in Moonachie. “We were attracted to this investment opportunity largely due to the proper- ty’s strategic location,” said Eric Witmondt, principal of Woodmont Industrial Part- ners. Located within 10 miles of the Lincoln Tunnel and George Washington Bridge, the property is in close prox- imity to Rte. 80, 46 and 3. The warehouse is in the heart of theMeadowlands submarket, which remains the stron- gest submarket in northern New Jersey, and is just 10 miles from the Port of New York/New Jersey.
