INNAMINSON, NJ — The 45,100 s/f in- dustrial building lo- cated at 2303 Garry Rd. in Cin- naminson recently changed hands for $2.15 million. For- merly owned by Lynn Bradeen, the property was purchased by Simon Holdings Inc. The multi-tenant warehouse facility features 20-22’ ceil- ing heights, fourteen tailgate doors and five drive-in ramps. The building is divided as a multi-tenant property and is occupied by All American Fas- teners and Dade Paper. The buyer intends to make some improvements to the property C

and lease the remaining avail- able units. Marc Isdaner , senior man- aging director and principal of the Colliers Southern New Jersey office, represented the seller; the buyer was repre- sented by Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz . METUCHEN/EDISON, NJ — Colliers International Group Inc. has inked two leases for solar industry ten- ants in New Jersey’s Middle- sex County. Doug Twyman brokered the transactions for the tenants, Momentum Solar and Code Green Solar. In Metuchen, Momentum Solar signed a long-term lease for 27,000 s/f at 325 High St. The privately held solar en- ergy company will relocate to 325 High St. in a significant expansion move. Currently Momentum Solar is fitting out the space to accommodate ad- ministrative office, call center and distribution operations. “I am pleased that I was able to help Momentum Solar achieve their objectives,” said Twyman, who is based in Col- liers’ Princeton, NJ, office. “The competitive rent and opportunity to customize the space at 325 High St. made this property the right fit. Arthur Souritzidis and the other principals at Momentum Solar have great vision, and the investment they are mak- ing will yield a headquarters well suited for the company’s evolving needs.” Colliers’ Jon Tesser and Mike Markey , also based in Princeton, served as landlord representatives in negotiating the lease. In Edison, Twyman brokered a multi-year lease for Code Green Solar at 95 Newfield Ave. in Raritan Center. The commitment marks an expan- sion into northern New Jersey for the firm, which already maintains a strong presence in the state’s southern region. “Code Green Solar wanted to be in Edison, ideally at an address that would provide a quality image and easy access to its growing northern New Jersey client base,” Twyman said. “Raritan Center, which is one of the area’s best-known industrial and office develop- ments, provided the right phys- ical, geographic and financial solution for this requirement.” Summit Associates owns the flex building at 95 Newfield Ave. and was represented in- house by John Visceglia . n
