RED BANK, NJ — Mc- Guigan Tombs & Com- pany , a $3 million-plus certified public accounting firm based in Manasquan, NJ, joined its practice with WithumSmith+Brown, PC (Withum), a regional CPA and consulting firm. Withum has 14 offices, 800 staff mem- bers and an annual revenue of $140 million, ranking in the top 30 firms in the coun- try. All of McGuigan Tombs’ staff will relocate toWithum’s Red Bank, NJ office located at 331 Newman Springs Rd., Suite 125. McGuigan Tombs & Com- pany provides tax, account- ing, audit, and consulting services to closely-held busi- nesses and their entrepre- neur owners within the NY/ NJ marketplace. The firm has extensive experience and depth servicing the construc- tion industry and related specialty contractor trades. “We are thrilled to have the staff from McGuigan Tombs come on board,” said Andy Vitale, CPA , the partner in charge of the acquiring firm’s Red Bank office. “Their expertise in serving clients in the construction industry will nicely augment our current construction practice. They will also enhance our private company practice in the local market.” n McGuigan Tombs & Company joins practice with WithumSmith+Brown Woodmont Properties’ lat- est transit-oriented, luxury apartment communities. It is ideally located at the New Jer- sey Transit Metuchen Train Station on the Northeast Corridor with direct service to New York City. Woodmont Metro, at the corner of Pearl and New Streets in the heart of downtown Metuchen, will consist of 273 residential rental apartments. It will also feature a half-acre, open- space piazza, as well as with 11,500 s/f of shops and res- taurants. The parking deck will ul- timately have two points of ingress and the primary entrance will be on Pearl St. Construction at Woodmont Metro is expected to be com- plete by the end of 2017 and the leasing office at the prop- erty will be open in August. n
