The Newark Clubhouse, located airside after secu- rity checks in Terminal B, completed renovations in 2012. It delivers a comfort- able, friendly and luxurious environment in one of the nation’s busiest interna- tional airports. A constella- tion of sparkling pinpoint lights draws visitors into the sculpted entry passage, creating an extended de- compression zone between the bustling terminal and the relaxed luxury of the clubhouse. The Clubhouse is organized around a faceted bar in the center of the lounge, culmi- nating in a crystalline bottle display under the central sky- light. Light ripples across the ceiling, encompassing an ab- stract geometric canopy that spills up into the two sky- lights. has closed the sale of an 100,000 s/f office building lo- cated at 600 Parsippany Rd. in Parsippany. HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Mack- Cali Realty Corporation . A joint venture between Bukiet Building Management and Mountain Development Corp. purchased the asset free and clear of existing debt. 600 Parsippany Rd. is situ- ated just off exit 40 of I-287 at the four-way interchange with
