ENNSYLVANIA — Landmark Commer- cial Realty announces recent transactions: Gideon Bayelle has leased Suite 118 at 2001 N. Front St., Harrisburg. Sean Fitzsim- mons of Landmark Com- mercial Realty represented the tenant and Drew Bobin- check, CCIM and Chuck Heller represented the land- lord. •SCS, Inc. has leased Suite 110 & 114 at 2001 N. Front St., Harrisburg. Sean Fitzsim- mons represented the tenant and Drew Bobincheck and Chuck Heller represented the landlord in the transaction. •Artis SLM of Lemoyne, LLC, recently leased an office space located at 717 Market St., Lemoyne. Greg Roth- man of RSR Realtors rep- resented the tenant. Thomas Posavec, SIOR of Landmark Commercial Realty negoti- ated the transaction on behalf of both the landlord, 717 Run- ning Quail Properties, LLC. •In Him Christian Coun- seling, LLC, recently leased an office space located at 355 North 21st St. in Camp Hill. Seymour Barget represented both parties. Pine Terrace MHP, LLC recently purchased a 75 pad manufactured home com- munity known as Strohecker MHP on Elmer Rd., Halifax.
