TROUDSBURG, PA — KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group has closed on the sale of a 2.75-acre site along Business Rte. 209 at Rachel Rd. in Stroudsburg, which has been approved for Dollar General. The general store carries name-brand products; such as food, snacks, health and beauty aids, as well as cleaning supplies, family ap- parel, housewares and sea- sonal items. Perich said, “This was a very complex transaction and approval process that took almost 18 months to come to together. If not for the commit- ment of the Sellers and Miller

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) has brokered a lease for Fogo de Chao, an 8,500 s/f restaurant located on Main St. at the King of Prussia Town Center.
