TROUDSBURG, PA — KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group has closed on the sale of a 2.75-acre site along Business Rte. 209 at Rachel Rd. in Stroudsburg, which has been approved for Dollar General. KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) has brokered a lease for Fogo de Chao, an 8,500 s/f restaurant located on Main St. at the King of Prussia Town Center.
