All In on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Throughout my professional career, I’ve had the privilege of working with and supporting incredible employees from diverse backgrounds. As a leader, my personal mission is to build and nurture an environment of connection, support, and growth. I’m dedicated to helping our employees do their best work. My commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion remains strong. We are expanding our network of people, programs, and resources to help employees with their development. I deeply respect the uniqueness of our employees and honor their individual values. To me, diversity, equity, and inclusion at Pohlad Companies means fostering an environment where everyone can be comfortable bringing their personal experiences, perspectives, and background to work and can thrive here.
