DUI Conviction Rates 2018: The average conviction rate for all fifteen counties was 88%. Buffalo, Dodge, Douglas, Lancaster and Sarpy Counties all had a 90% conviction rate or higher. Data included in this report was retrieved from Justice. Open, dismissed, bench warrant and cases transferred to Juvenile court were excluded from analysis to capture sanctioning practices of adjudicated DUI cases only.
