Group List Bill with ManhattanLife

Group/List Bill Guide

INTRODUCTION Agents can sell any eligible products to a group of 3 or more enrolled employees , providing the employer with the opportunity to contribute toward the premium, either partially or fully, and set up payroll deductions for any remaining balance. For example, the employer may cover 50% of the premium, with the remaining 50% deducted directly from the employees' paychecks through payroll deductions.“ Let’s get started!

Group/List Bill Guide

The first step in the List Bill process is to secure the business by selling an individual, or bundle of products to a group of employees, through the employer. This step may involve explaining the benefits of offering employer- sponsored coverage and detailing how the premium contribution and payroll deduction process will work. WIN THE BUSINESS

ONLINE ENROLLMENT

Once the business is won and the group # is issued, the next step is to access our e-App through our online portal - Quote & Enroll. Only after you received the Group Number should you begin enrolling the applicants. If you begin enrollments without the group number, the employee will not automatically be connected to the group, which may delay processing and create billing discrepancies. If you enroll employees before your group number is issued, please email WKNewBusiness@ManhattanLife.com for them to link the policy/application to the group number.

Once the enrollment is complete, send the completed ACH Draft and New Business Transmittal forms to WKNewBusiness@ManhattanLife.com . Forms on previous slide.

Group / List Bill Guide

The final step is generating the List Bill . After employees have enrolled, the system compiles the total premiums due for each enrolled employee and generates a List Bill for the employer. This is shared with the agent. Please review thoroughly for inaccuracies. LIST BILL GENERATED
