3. BUSINESS PRACTICES I. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

have the right to request written statements justifying how their wage has been determined. Remuneration must be equal for workers performing the same work or activity regardless of sex. h) Any leave, such as annual, maternity, or sick leave, must be paid according to legal regulations as a minimum. i) Regular working hours must adhere to legal and national laws, with at least one day off per week being a minimum requirement.

a) Parties are encouraged and enabled to adopt eco-friendly and socially responsible design and production practices. b) Sustainability is best achieved through cooperation, and Lefrik is open to collaboration and exchange to achieve the most sustainable practices possible. II. TRANSPARENCY a) Parties must comply with national regulations regarding transparency and honesty. b) Partners are expected to promote transparency throughout their entire supply chain. c) Corruption, extortion, and bribery are strictly prohibited. d) Partners must provide proof of compliance through video or other visual material to Lefrik or an appointed third- party auditor.

This Code of Conduct serves as an agreement between Lefrik and its business partners to uphold and exceed the above-mentio- ned standars to the best of their ability.
