In line with our sustainability goals, we prio- ritize minimalist, plastic-free packaging, ensuring that all cardboard boxes and poly- bags used throughout the supply chain are recycled and FSC certified. Additionally, we repurpose received boxes to ship products to retailers. For direct-to-consumer orders, we utilize compostable bags made partially from corn starch, which are carbon-negative and bio- degradable, encouraging customers to reu- se them as compost for home plant grow- th. Our flagship store employs paper bags, offering customers the choice of reusable bags and electronic receipts to further re- duce environmental impact. To enhance efficiency and sustainability in our logistics, we strategically position warehouses across different regions. Our main warehouse in Spain serves European markets efficiently, reducing transportation
costs and environmental impact by shorte- ning shipping distances. Additionally, we stock inventory in our Chi- nese factory to meet demands from Asia and Oceania, decreasing lead times and improving customer satisfaction in these regions. Expanding into the American market, we established a subsidiary company and wa- rehouse in the United States to provide effi- cient service to our growing customer base in the region. This storage and distribution strategy is adaptable and scalable, ena- bling us to respond to market changes while consistently delivering high-quality service worldwide. Furthermore, shipping directly from our US warehouse significantly reduces carbon emissions associated with transatlantic shi- pping, aligning with our sustainability goals.
