LORHAM PARK & LIVINGSTON, NJ — CBRE announced it has completed several new office leases throughout East- man Companies’ portfolio. The CBRE team of Erin Wenzler, Jon Meisel and Dan Casey spearhead the leasing campaigns for the office properties and repre- sented Eastman Companies in the negotiations. “We are excited to announce the new office leases within Eastman Companies’ NJ port- folio,” said Wenzler. “The prominent ownership con- tinues to demonstrate its expertise, having the pulse of the local market even during these challenging times.
