says Keystone’s Rich Gottlieb, President & COO. “Without a Cue brings something new to the building and neighborhood with the potential to be a draw for years to come.” Keystone recently secured a $265.2 million mortgage and mezzanine loan facil- ity to continue converting the landmark former publishing house and meet the surging demand for more lab and office space for life sciences tenants in Greater Philadelphia. The region has firmly established itself as a leading life sciences hub, drawing record levels of venture capital investment last year and through much of this year. Keystone purchased the 12-floor, 912,245-square-foot building that once housed Curtis Publishing in 2014. The firm revitalized the property with a ground-floor streetscape and building atrium, the con- version of existing office space to residential units, and the conversion of former printing press space to wet lab space for life sciences companies like Bi- oLabs, Imvax, Vivodyne, and Aro Biotherapeutics.
