Executive VP Joni Sweetwood completes sale of 130 units Kislak sells Spring Gardens Apartments in Vineland, NJ for $18.35 Million

V INELAND, NJ — The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent sale of Spring Gardens Apartments, a 130-unit gar- den apartment complex at 771 South East Ave. in Vine- land, Cumberland County, for $18,350,000. Kislak marketed the prop- erty on an exclusive basis with executive vice president Joni Sweetwood handling the assignment on behalf of the seller, a longtime client to whom she previously sold other properties in Vineland and elsewhere. Sweetwood also procured the purchaser.
