Esta condición dinámica sugiere una estructura al exterior, como lo fue también en el edificio corporativo. The work takes the form of a 40 m glass cube suspended six meters above ground, a condition that clears the first level and allows for a habitable basement. The program required by the institution translates into the need for density, ductility and mobility of the work system involving the optimization of the open plan. This dynamic condition suggests an external structure, as in the corporate building.
