-Un nuevo edificio alberga los programas genéricos transversales a todas las carreras, salas lectivas, biblioteca, salas de computación y cafetería en el primer nivel. Es un módulo de alto rendimiento y eficiencia de programación académica, que busca aprovechar el máximo de la infraestructura instalada. Físicamente es un volumen hermético revestido por una piel metálica, para tener un mejor control solar; la piel micro perforada pasa sobre un porcentaje de las ventanas, lo que define su imagen industrial hermética. Interiormente es una estructura desprovista de revestimiento, y todas sus instalaciones están descubiertas, expuestas, mostrando su funcionamiento y permitiendo modificaciones. -El vacío entre estas construcciones, o espacio creativo pretende servir de plataforma para las múltiples actividades, exposiciones, desfiles y presentaciones. Se pensó como un lugar contenido, cobijado por las edificaciones existentes y propuestas. Aquí convergen todos los programas masivos y aglutinadores de Campus Creativo, a fin de que permanentemente acoja a estudiantes y visitantes interesados en el quehacer del campus.
-A new building hosts the generic functions common to all the programs, teaching rooms, library, computer rooms and a cafeteria on the first level. It is a module of high performance and academic program efficiency, which seeks to make the most of the existing infrastructure. Physically it is a closed volume covered with a metallic skin to improve solar control. Its micro perforated skin covers a percentage of the windows, defining its enclosed industrial image. The inner structure is devoid of finishes, and all its installations are uncovered and exposed, showing their operation and enabling modifications. -The gap between these buildings or creative space is intended as a platform for multiple activities, exhibitions, shows and presentations. It was conceived as a contained place, sheltered by the existing and proposed buildings. All mass and common functions of the Creative Campus converge here, in order to permanently welcome students and visitors interested in the work of the campus.
