El requisito de dotar de mayor luz a los recintos gatilló una serie de decisiones, y el consiguiente aumento de la dimensión de los vanos modificó las fachadas, ahora revestidas en enchape de ladrillos dispuestos en formas que aluden a la estética del barrio. El nuevo edificio cuenta con siete departamentos en dos tipologías: de un ambiente (35 m²) y de dos dormitorios (80 m²). The renovation of a decades-long vacant building involved the initial challenge of inserting the piece in a consolidated neighborhood whose immediate buildings have not changed since the 40’s. The requirement to bring more light to the premises prompted a series of decisions, and the resulting increase in the size of the windows changed the façades, newly clad in brick arranged in ways that relate to the aesthetics of the neighborhood. The new building has seven apartments in two types: studios (35 m²) and two bedrooms (80 m²).
