Property & Facilities Management • Lead property and facilities management across a large scale, industrial portfolio, overseeing procurement, compliance, common parts, refurbishment, service charge and best practices • Drive property management initiatives to maintain asset quality, optimise property value, and support growth • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all sites Leadership, Interpersonal, and Communication Skills • Lead, mentor, and develop an in-house team of regional facilities managers, security, utilities and operational staff, promoting a collaborative work environment • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders • Act as a primary escalation point for complex property and facilities issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement Customer Experience • Foster a highly customer-focused approach, engaging with clients directly to ensure excellent service and address needs proactively • Design and execute strategies that enhance service quality and responsiveness to support customer satisfaction • Ensure clear, effective communication with clients to reinforce Indurent’s customer-first
Contract Management • Manage outsourced estates and facilities contracts to ensure accountability and value for money • Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to maintain high standards and reliable performance • Regularly review and negotiate contracts to optimise service quality and control costs Technology, Data, and Innovation • Use data and technology to streamline estate management processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience • Develop and implement technology- driven strategies to improve operations, maintenance, and customer service • Analyse data to monitor performance, reduce response times, and improve operational metrics across the portfolio Qualifications and Experience • Chartered Surveyor with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) membership preferred • Significant experience managing large-scale property portfolios, with strong expertise in property and facilities management • Proven track record of leading teams and building collaborative, customer-focused environments • Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging technology to enhance operational
