Arriba, sobre este espacio continuo, flota un edificio discontinuo, con terrazas, ventanas y jardineras que recogen el aire de elementos individuales que posee el barrio. Grandes tajos dividen el volumen principal en cuerpos menores, llevando luz hasta los pasillos interiores. Así se ha pretendido disminuir la escala del edificio, que a pesar de los siete pisos de altura y ocupando una gran extensión de terreno, intenta una integración con un entorno doméstico. Esta discontinuidad se acentúa mediante una diferenciación de materiales de revestimiento. Floating above this continuous space, a discontinuous building with terraces, windows and planters reflect the spirit of individual elements that characterize the neighborhood. Large openings divide the main volume into smaller units, bringing light to the interior corridors of the building. In this manner the scale of the building has been reduced despite the seven-story height and the large tract of land it occupies, attempting the integration with a domestic context. This discontinuity is accentuated by a differentiation of finishing materials.
