With a total of 1,360 m², by preserving the façade of the original manor house on Santo Domingo Street, its history was also preserved in a cultural neighborhood across from the Museum of Fine Arts and Parque Forestal, in the Lastarria neighborhood surrounded by Santa Lucia and San Cristóbal hills. The project recovered the centennial character of the house. Annexed extensions were eliminated giving way to the discovery of its original spaces: the recovered interior courtyards became the spatial structure of the project and their wooden structure was enhanced. The architectural design adapted to these elements in a modern minimalist style, resulting in unique and diverse spatial situations on the different levels, creating sleek and luminous spaces, plays of light and transparency, and interior gardens in their simplest form.
