Los fundamentos de esta obra se explican en: -Visión: se busca abertura espacial como elemento jerarquizador, donde los recintos principales se vuelcan hacia el campo de golf, el remate visual del proyecto. -Protección: negación volumétrica contra la temperatura, lo que se logra con la superposición de volúmenes generando un área de media temperie y así prolongar la temperatura de confort en un lugar contenido por los volúmenes arquitectónicos. The foundations of this work are explained as follows: -Views: the spatial opening is the chief hierarchical element, where the main premises are placed towards the golf course, the visual focus of the project. -Protection: volumetric rejection against high temperature, which is achieved by the superposition of volumes generating intermediate spaces and therefore extending the comfort temperature in a place that is contained by the architectural volumes.
