Finally, the project is defined as a contemporary reconstruction, where each void is rebuilt with extreme divergence from the original fabric, thus recognizing and celebrating destruction as an asset. Finalmente el proyecto se define como una reconstrucción contemporánea donde cada vacío se reconstruye diferenciándose en extremo del tejido original, reconociendo y celebrando así la destrucción como un valor.

Master en Preservación Histórica en la Universidad de Columbia, recibiendo el Honor Award for Best Design Thesis y el William Kinne Fellows Traveling Prize el año 2015. Desde 2009 trabaja de manera independiente en proyectos de distintos tamaños y programas y como arquitecta asociada en diferentes instituciones y oficinas privadas, tales como Fundación Altiplano (2010) y Enrique Browne y Asociados Arquitectos (2010-2013). Desde 2015 imparte, junto a un equipo interdisciplinario, el taller del Magister de Patrimonio Cultural PUC.
OLIMPIA LIRA is architect from the Catholic University of Chile, 2009. Master of Historic Preservation at Columbia University, she received the Honor Award for Best Design Thesis and the William Kinne Fellows Traveling Prize in 2015. Since 2009 she works independently in projects of different sizes and programs and as associated architect in different institutions and private studios such as Fundación Altiplano (2010) and Enrique Browne y Asociados Arquitectos (2010-2013). Since 2015 she teaches workshop at the Cultural Heritage Masters Program at the Catholic University, together with an interdisciplinary team.
* A la fecha el Arzobispado, junto con la Fundación Basílica el Salvador, el MOP, la Intendencia y la Municipalidad de Santiago están coordinados para recuperar el inmueble. Está en proceso de restauración, proyecto a cargo de la oficina de Tandem Ltda.
* To date, the Archbishopric, along with the Basilica del Salvador Foundation, the Ministry of Public Works, the regional government and the Municipality of Santiago are coordinated to salvage the property. It is in process of restoration, with a project by Tandem Ltda.
