NEWSLETTER Q1 2026

MESSAGE FROM JOE!

From the desk of MOF & Logistics Team

Team — As your humble Logistics department, we wear two caps here at RMEA. One is the serious, numbersdriven Order Management cap — and yes, it’s that time again. Q1 2026, the great kickoff sprint, where in just the first three months of the year we somehow set the pace for the rest of the year, moving an incredible volume of orders and proving once again that we don’t just keep up — we lead the way. It’s a challenge we’ve grown very familiar with, and like clockwork, we’ll roll up our sleeves, push the deliveries, and power through. We’ve done it before. We’ll do it again. This team knows how to get it done! But the Logistics team doesn’t just deal in invoices and spreadsheets. We also proudly done the Ministry of Fun cap—a glittery, slightly ridiculous hat that exists to make sure we all laugh, celebrate, and stay sane while doing heroic things on the work front. As a reminder that while the work is heavy, the spirit doesn’t have to be. These were the events we did last quarter: 🌍 International Food Day Potluck – (expectation) MasterChef RMEA edition - (reality) amalgamation of global flavors and a messy training room) 🎨 Art Therapy for Mental Health Day – A gentle reset for busy minds. UAE National Day – celebration of pride, culture, and unity. 🎅 Secret Santa – The year end tradition of giving.

So yes, the next few months will be intense but, whether we’re crunching numbers or crunching samosas, together—with our dual caps firmly in place—we’ll not only bill brilliantly, we’ll also celebrate spectacularly.

Here’s to another smashing 2026!
