John Marmon – Monett, MO

LOT 722 Buckshot 8 year old Dun John Mule. Stands 14.2 HH, stout and so pretty for a mule. He has a deep stout body; his striking dun color with tiger stripes down his legs is eye-catching, and you will stand out everywhere you go. He will be the leader on the trails with confidence, or he will follow in the back of the group calmly and quietly. He is easy to catch in a pen and halter.

Buckshot has been ridden miles. He is comfortable and confident riding in rocky terrain, big water crossings, encounters with animals, big groups of trail riders. He will let you pick up his feet. He is easy to groom, saddle, and trailer. Buckshot has been ridden a couple times at night. This mule doesn’t have any holes we know of other than sometimes his ears and I think that was a problem created with the previous owner. We have taken our time and worked on this issues. We have had him with a trainer for 6 weeks. He’s going to do nothing but get better and better with age. He is a very easy keeper. He will pen with other horses and get along great. He is respectful around the barn and gets along well in the herd. He's the right size and color!
