El proyecto muestra la potencialidad urbana que puede generar la conexión entre una avenida y un parque. La figura del emplazamiento de los edificios abre un nuevo espacio público creando una plaza que une y relaciona Av. Apoquindo con la Escuela Militar, punto neurálgico del sector oriente capitalino. Este vínculo se entiende como el "nuevo lugar" y define la propuesta. The project shows the urban potential generated by the connection of an avenue and a park. The shape defined by the placement of the buildings opens a new public space, forming a plaza that links and connects Apoquindo Avenue and the Military Academy, a focal point of the capital's eastern district. This link is understood as the "new place" that defines the proposal.
