Cerca de la cota 1.000 en la comuna de La Reina, la ubicación de la casa permite abarcar con la vista casi toda la extensión de Santiago. En la pendiente natural de la ladera, las construcciones vecinas informan de los límites apretados sin obstruir el paisaje de la ciudad. Close to elevation 1,000 m.a.s.l., in the district of La Reina, the location of the house enables views covering the entire expanse of Santiago. In the natural slope of the hillside the neighboring constructions comprise tight confines without obstructing the landscape of the city.

En esta vivienda, los espacios públicos se ubicaron en el primer nivel, que se relaciona con el suelo. Abarcan el ancho total del terreno y son la estructura soportante de un segundo nivel, liviano y mucho mayor en superficie. El nivel público, sus terrazas y la piscina construyen la horizontal del sitio y permiten la expansión del programa. In this house the public spaces were located on the first level in close relationship with the ground, covering the entire width of the plot and supporting the structure of the second level, lighter and much larger in area. On the public level the terraces and the pool conform the horizontal dimension of the site and allow the expansion of the functional program.
