Una casa al borde de los acantilados, a 60 m sobre el mar, en la Península de Tumbes. El concepto de entrega plena a la presencia del Océano Pacífico condiciona el gesto arquitectónico a una actitud de simplicidad y modestia, de economía de recursos formales y espaciales para dejar que fluya el paisaje previo. A house on the edge of the cliff, 60m above the sea, in the Tumbes Peninsula. The concept of total surrender to the presence of the Pacific Ocean pushes the architectural gesture towards simplicity and modesty, with economy of formal and spatial resources allowing the existing landscape to flow.

El programa arquitectónico se resuelve en volúmenes básicos, esenciales, literalmente unos contenedores negros longitudinales posados en las cotas descendentes del borde y desfasados para no alterar ni tocar la vegetación endémica del sector, con peumos, boldos y ulmos centenarios. The architectural program is solved in basic, essential volumes, simple longitudinal black containers perched on the descending contours of the edge and offset in order not to touch or alter the endemic vegetation of the area, with peumos, boldos and centenarian ulmos .
